FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEARER NEXT STEPS.
A practical guide to property concierge, membership planning, and one-time projects.
PROPERTY CONCIERGE
What is property concierge?
An ongoing relationship for organizing property care. It brings agreed check-ins, seasonal planning, and task or service coordination into a plan for your place.
Who is it for?
Homeowners with full schedules, owners who spend time away, and people who want help staying on top of a property to-do list. We’ll discuss whether your needs fit the available service.
Is this a property-management service?
The focus is property care and coordination. Do not assume leasing, rent collection, tenant management, emergency response, or specialist trade work is included; discuss any of those needs separately.
Can you help when I’m away?
Tell us when you travel and what you want checked. Any visits, access arrangements, updates, and limits must be agreed in your service plan.
MEMBERSHIPS AND COSTS
Do I need a membership for a one-time project?
No. You can inquire about a cleanout or junk-removal project on its own.
How much does a membership cost?
Pricing is being finalized. Essential, Signature, and Custom are working plan concepts. Your scope and costs will be confirmed before you commit.
How often would you visit?
There is no universal visit schedule on this site. We discuss the needs of your property and agree on the frequency and tasks together.
Are materials and specialist services included?
Do not assume they are. The proposal should identify included work, materials, outside services, and projects that require a separate quote.
What if my needs change?
Bring new tasks or timing changes to the conversation so scope and pricing can be reviewed. Final membership terms will explain changes, billing, and cancellation before enrollment.
PROJECTS AND GETTING STARTED
Which areas do you serve?
Explore our location pages for Omaha, Lincoln, Indianapolis, Madison, and Phoenix. Share your city or ZIP code so the team can confirm coverage and availability for the specific service. Choose your location →
What should I include in a project inquiry?
Describe the work, where it is, approximate volume, access or stairs, and any target date. For cleanouts, identify items that need to stay.
Can I send photos?
Mention that you have photos when you inquire. The team can confirm how to share them; this website form does not currently accept uploads.
Can every item be removed?
Items and disposal requirements need to be confirmed before work is scheduled. Flag hazardous materials, chemicals, unusually heavy items, and anything with special handling needs.
Can I book instantly on the website?
For now, use the inquiry form or call the team. A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed service appointment.
What is the next step?
Tell us about your property or project. We’ll work through the scope, availability, and appropriate next step with you.
