ACCESS AND CONTACTS
Decide who can authorize access and who should be contacted about a question. Arrange any keys or codes privately through an agreed method.
PRIORITIES AND UPDATES
Identify the areas you want checked, what updates would be useful, and the dates involved. Agree on visit frequency and the limits of the service.
PREPARE FOR A CLEANOUT CONVERSATION.
KEEP
Set aside belongings, records, and personal items that should stay.
REMOVE
Describe the items and approximate volume. Note anything heavy or requiring special handling.
DECIDE
